EquiPay verifies all eCheck submissions in real-time. We run the customers through our massive data-bases for any negative history and records.

Further, we have an exhaustive follow-through process wherein we call, text and email your customers to re-verify the authorizations. We also call the banks to verify funds availability, account status, payer background before we let the eCheck hit your bank account.

While most credit-card focused merchant solutions come with specific volume caps and other limits our eCheck solutions approve you for higher limits than most of the competing solutions.

    Our Rates in % terms are comparable to the current market rate for high-risk businesses.

    Yes, we work with all major banks as well as smaller financial institutions. Please be aware an extra two-business days may be required to deposit eChecks in smaller financial institutions.

    • If Merchant has their own bank account: ALL VERTICALS on a case-by-case basis
    • If Merchant requires aggregate account solution: ALL VERTICALS on a case-by-case basis

    If your account gets assessed for a reserve, it will be held on a rolling basis for as long as your account is managed by EquiPay.

    Yes, you will have instant and automatic access to various verifications that are included in this best-in-class package. The list will include (i) Basic Level Check (incorrect routing number, account number verification etc.), (ii) Advanced Verifications (customer’s payment history, customer’s financial history etc.), and (iii) Automatic Risk Pass/ Fail (based on bank verification, and various other piece of data from paid industry leading subscriptions etc.).

    Subject to customer’s financial institution, we can verify if their account has enough funds to cover transaction payment.

    All eChecks submitted and approved before 6pm ET will be deposited next business day by noon ET.

    If Merchant choses to verify all eChecks, customer will receive an e-mail and text message to verify if payment is valid. Customer will only be called in exceptional cases if e-mail and/or text fail..

    Yes, you can track the status of all your eChecks by having dedicated access to our eCheck portal.

    Yes, you will have your own statements.

    Customer will have only your Toll-Free Number or local US number as the main contact number.

    Your current all-in fees will include every fee charged at the back end. The payment returned by a Customer might lead to a bank fee. We have no control over that.
